With over 45 years of experience, Hanotex utilizes various manufacturing techniques, including molding, drawing, and wrapping, to produce a wide range of rubber products tailored to meet diverse industry needs. Operating two state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities equipped with advanced machinery, Hanotex has the capacity to produce 3,000 tons of mixed rubber annually.
Specialized in the sector of Elastomeric bearings & Expansion Joints Hanotex has become pioneers in serving a wide range of infrastructure projects in Egypt by supplying nearly 90% of Egyptian bridge projects over the last 8 years surpassing 500,000 bearings and 1000,000 meters of joints sales. Hanotex has also exported to the middle east and Africa.
Hanotex ensures the quality of its products through applying very precise factory production and control system by applying several tests of the product internally and externally in many national & international laboratories.
In 2016, Hanotex’s elastomeric bearings had been certified for the European quality mark “CE Mark” in accordance to the European standard EN1337-3 from the international firm “Tsuz”.
In 2019 Hanotex quality management system had been certified for ISO9001:2015 from the reputable international firm Bearuveritas.
